Refund policy

The deadline for canceling a stay or tour is 5 days before the agreed arrival date, otherwise no refund will be issued.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we received the statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.

Additionally, the guest will be held responsible for any damage to the apartment, as well as for lost keys and parking cards.
